Ramos authored the Presidential Decree which is the opening of secondary schools in far flung barangays. Nakiisa ang Tinabyonan National High School sa makabuluhang pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wika 2025 na may temang “Ang Paglinang ng Filipino at Katutubong Wika: Makasaysayan sa Pagbuo ng Bansa”.
Ipinamalas ng mga mag-aaral ng Tinabyonan National High School ang kanilang husay at pagkamalikhain sa iba't ibang aktibidad tulad ng paggawa ng sanaysay, poster, slogan , Katutubong sayaw at iba pang makabayang pagtatanghal. 💃📝🎨
