Sangley Point, Cavite City - The month of June started on a meaningful and solemn note as the Naval Installation Command gathered in prayer during the Thanksgiving Mass held on Monday, June 1, in commemoration of the Command’s 11th Founding Anniversary.

The Eucharistic Celebration was presided over by Lt. Col. Isidro U. Balistoy CHS(GSC), the Command Chaplain, at the La Naval Chapel in Naval Base Heracleo Alano. Officers, Enlisted Personnel, and Civilian Human Resources attended the Mass. The Commander, NIC, Rear Admiral Peter Jempsun V. De Guzman PN led the gathering that provided an opportunity for the personnel to reflect on the Command’s accomplishments, express gratitude for its continued blessing, and seek divine guidance as NIC marks another year of dedicated service and commitment to mission excellence.

As the Command begins its anniversary month, the Thanksgiving Mass set a fitting tone for the series of activities commemorating eleven years of steadfast service, unity, and dedication in support of the Philippine Navy’s mission.

𝐌𝐄𝐍’𝐒 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐇 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐇 2026 | The Naval Installation Command stands in solidarity with the Philippine Navy in observing Men’s Health Month, with the theme: “All Hands Empowerment: Advancing Men’s Health for Mission Readiness and Stronger Families.”, recognizing the invaluable contributions of our military and civilian personnel whose dedication and hard work help drive the accomplishment of our mission and support national development.

As you continue to fulfill your responsibilities, may this observance inspire you to give equal importance to your physical, mental, and overall well-being.
