Isang matagumpay na seminar ang isinagawa noong ika-31 ng Marso 2026 ukol sa Local Government Tax Compliance Obligations, na pinangunahan ng mga piling Revenue Officers mula sa Revenue District Office 54B West Cavite, sa pakikipagtulungan ng Office of the Municipal Treasurer.

Tinalakay sa nasabing seminar ang tamang pag-file at pagbabayad ng mga tax returns, gayundin ang iba pang obligasyon ng mga Local Government Units alinsunod sa National Internal Revenue Code of the Philippines.

Dinaluhan ito ng mga Barangay Captains, Secretaries, at Treasurers na aktibong nakibahagi upang mapalalim ang kanilang kaalaman at mas mapabuti ang pagsunod sa mga umiiral na batas sa pagbubuwis.

Social Pension Payout

Sa tulong ng Office of the Municipal Treasurer, matagumpay na naipamahagi ang 1st Quarter Social Pension para sa mga indigent senior citizens sa buong bayan ng Magallanes, Cavite.

Umabot sa kabuuang 1,542 na benepisyaryo ang nakatanggap ng tulong—isang patunay ng patuloy na malasakit at suporta para sa ating mga nakatatanda. 💙

In compliance with the Memorandum issued by the Office of the Provincial Treasurer (MTO/CTO No. 10-2026) dated February 27, 2026, please be informed of the updated 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 pursuant to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 for the following transactions:

If transacted by a relative or authorized representative, please prepare:

✅ Authorization Letter duly signed by the property owner
✅ Photocopy of valid government-issued ID of the property owner
✅ Valid government-issued ID of the representative
✅ Latest Tax Declaration and Previous Tax Receipt
✅ Deed of Absolute Sale / Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate (if not yet transferred to the new owner)

To better serve the public, the Municipal Treasurer’s Office will remain open to receive Real Property Tax (RPT) and other payments on December 6–8, 2025, even if these dates fall on a weekend and a holiday.

Regular office operations will continue as scheduled.

The Municipal Treasurer’s Office and Municipal Budget Office proudly received a Plaque of Recognition for their exemplary effort in completing and submitting the official financial report (ESRE) prescribed by the BLGF ahead of the quarterly deadline last November 28, 2025.
