Cavite Seal of Good Local Youth Governance orientation on July 21, 2025 | The Municipality of Ternate is one of the target LGUs for the second pilot run of the CSGLYG.

CSGLYG is an initiative of the DILG Provincial Office that focuses on how well the SK councils are fostering youth engagement in local governance, particularly in policy-making and program implementation; the impact of SK- led programs in contributing to nation-building, community development, and addressing the needs of their respective localities; and whether the SK councils are fulfilling their role in aligning their programs with national and local development goals.
