Congratulations to the 1st Cycle of Special Education Research Fund (SERF) grantees!

We are proud to share that three research proposals were approved and awarded the SERF grant—a strong reflection of our teachers’ dedication to research and innovation.

Thank you so much to SDO Cavite City, C3CAResPlus 2025, spearheaded by Ma’am Annaliza T. Fernandez and to our Local Government Unit, led by our City Mayor, Hon. Denver Christopher R. Chua, for their unwavering support.

Truly, this will give us greater opportunities to pursue meaningful research, strengthen evidence-based practices, and enhance the quality of teaching and learning for our learners.

Resource Ready: School-Based Training on Developing Effective Learning Intervention Materials in Literacy and Numeracy

This LAC session, funded through the School Innovation and Improvement Fund (SIIF), aimed to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills required to create high-quality, contextualized, and age-appropriate Learning Intervention Materials (LIMs).

As a result, teachers successfully produced quality LIMs that reflect creativity, innovation, and responsiveness to learners’ needs. 💛

Furthermore, we would like to congratulate and recognize the Top Three LIMs Developers:

Committed to continuous improvement, our dedicated teacher-researchers showcased innovative practices at the recently concluded C3CARes PLUS of SDO Cavite City. They also gained new insights to further enhance teaching and learning in our classrooms.

Embracing leadership: Bagumbuhay E/S Scouting Investiture

The investiture marks an important milestone in the lives of our young members. The first steps into the Scouting movement - a movement built on character, discipline, service and leadership.

Our event was graced by our School Principal, Ma'am Glo Ann A. Ladica who emphasized the importance of discipline, duty to God and country, and service to others. While Scout Master Oliver Ramirez provided the symbolic act which signified their entry into the brotherhood of Scouting.

May each scout uphold the Scout Oath and Law, and may this ceremony inspire them to become responsible citizen and future leaders of our community.

Today, our school hosted an important Family Disaster Preparedness Plan workshop for parents, students, and school personnel, conducted by the Schools Division Office of Cavite City led by Ms. Caren Joy B. Zerna, Project Development Officer II (DRRM).

Ms. Zerna is guiding everyone through essential disaster readiness tips, planning strategies, and safety protocols to help every family stay prepared and secure. It’s inspiring to see our community come together to learn and strengthen our safety skills!
