Merioles, CESO V ay kaisa ng Kagawaran ng Edukasyon sa adhikain nitong gawing ligtas at handa ang bawat paaralan sa pagbubukas ng klase sa darating na ika-22 Agosto sa pamamagitan ng pagpapatupad ng Brigada Eskwela sa lahat ng pampublikong paaralan sa buong dibisyon.

Ang lahat ng mga g**o, kawani, at opisyal ng SDO Masbate ay hinihikayat na gamitin ang opisyal na profile frame ng Brigada Eskwela 2022.
