OBO ADVISORY
The Office of the Building Official (OBO) – Cebu City reminds all project owners, organizers, and contractors that a Building Permit is REQUIRED for all temporary structures to be used during Sinulog 2026, including bleachers, booths, kiosks, platforms, and stages.
All applications must be submitted to OBO Cebu City for review and approval prior to construction, together with the required application forms, clearances, legal documents, and signed-and-sealed technical plans. Please note that non-compliance with the National Building Code (PD 1096) may result in penalties or dismantling of unauthorized structures.
Let us work together to ensure public safety and a safe, orderly, and successful Sinulog celebration.
