The Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) informs its client-agencies that the models of Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs), Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEVs), Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs), and other Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) types of motor vehicles of Foton Motors Philippines, Inc. are now officially onboarded on the eMarketplace platform as part of the Government of the Philippines-Automobile Framework Program (GOP-AFP).
The eMarketplace of the modernized PhilGEPS is the official e-commerce platform of the Philippine government.

These services are offered under the โGoogle Cloud Platform.โ
The eMarketplace is an additional feature of the modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS), which serves as the official e-commerce platform of the Philippine government.

To All Valued Clients!
Pursuant to proclamation no. 1239 issued by the Office of the President, May 6 to 8, 2026 have been declared special (non-working) days in the City of Cebu, City of Mandaue, City of Lapu-Lapu, and the Municipality of Cordova, Province of Cebu in observance of the 48th ASEAN Summit.
In line with this, operations of the PS Regional Depot VII will be suspended during the said period.
Regular operations will resume on Monday, May 11, 2026.

#๐ท๐บ๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐จ๐ซ๐ฒ 2026-09: Following the publication of the Extension of the Deadline for the Decommissioning of the PhilGEPS 1.5 for the Third Batch of PEs, dated March 2, 2026, the Procurement Service-DBM (PS-DBM) issues this advisory to inform Procuring Entities (PEs)โwho belong to the third batch for decommissioning with last day of posting procurement opportunities in PhilGEPS 1.5 on April 30, 2026โare now provided with an extension period until June 30, 2026. This means that only then will these agencies no longer be able to post new procurement opportunities in PhilGEPS 1.5.
This second extension is granted to ensure sufficient time for the completion of remaining service transition activities, resolution of identified incidents and underlying technical issues, and to provide continued support to agencies in achieving full and stable migration to the Modernized PhilGEPS (mPhilGEPS).
All concerned PEs are strongly advised to complete all necessary preparations and ensure readiness for the use of mPhilGEPS within the revised timeline. In particular, agencies are reminded to ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง ๐ง๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐ฃ๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ช๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ฆ ๐๐ก๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐๐ง๐ ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐๐๐ฆ๐ฆ until 22 May 2026 to avoid disruptions in procurement activities.
For clarity, agencies previously covered under the 31 October 2025 and 31 December 2025 decommissioning schedules, as well as those already utilizing the eBidding facility [See list here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1EIaVvzi0y-OdHRrf7dpJ6GqyQRglNtzw], are not covered by this extension, and are no longer permitted to post new procurement opportunities in PhilGEPS 1.5 in accordance with the prescribed timeline under the abovementioned Resolution.
The transition to the full use of the Modernized PhilGEPS is pursuant to GPPB Resolution No. 09-2025, entitled โApproving the Recommendation of the PS-DBM for the Decommissioning of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) 1.5 and the Use of the Modernized PhilGEPS Based on Prescribed Timelines.โ
All concerned PEs are hereby enjoined to strictly comply and ensure a timely and orderly transition to the Modernized PhilGEPS.
