The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), Cebu Provincial Statistical Office, informs the public that, starting ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ ๐, ๐๐๐๐, ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ ๐ง๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐๐, National ID services will be available exclusively at the ๐
๐ข๐ฑ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ (๐
๐๐) located on the 3rd floor of Gaisano South, Colon Street, Cebu City.
Individuals who have not yet registered are encouraged to visit the center to complete their registration and be included in the National ID System.
Additionally, upon request from public or private institutions, the PSA is prepared to coordinate and facilitate the deployment of personnel to provide mobile registration services for the National ID in areas with a significant number of unregistered individuals.

The FRC is open ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐๐ฒ to ๐
๐ซ๐ข๐๐๐ฒ, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Upon arrival, clients are requested to get a queue number according to the service to be availed. A special lane is also available for senior citizens, pregnant women, and persons with disabilities (PWDs).
The public may also avail of National ID services at the Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub (BPESH) located at the Presidential Communications Office, Subangdaku, Mandaue City, by setting an appointment through the eGovPH mobile application.

DIGITAL ID/ePhilID Information:
After Step 2 registration, your data will undergo a standard verification process to ensure that your registration is unique before a PhilSys Number (PSN) can be provided. Registrants who have successfully registered to PhilSys & verified Transaction Reference Number (TRN) may avail the Digital/ePhillD. You may claim Digital ID/ePhiliD subject to its availability, by setting an online appointment/walk-in, and presenting their transaction slip & valid ID to their selected PhilSys Registration Centers on the reserved date.
For Online:
1. Verify your transaction reference number found in your transaction slip thru https://trn-verifier.philsys.gov.ph/
2. If verified, you may book an appointment to your selected registration center.
3. Bring your Transaction Slip and 1 valid ID on your appointment date.
For Walk-in:
1. Verify your TRN & book appointment directly at the Registration Center.
2. Bring your Transaction Slip and 1 valid ID on your appointment date.
Note:
1. If NOT verified yet, we suggest keep trying again on the ff. days or months.
2. You cannot get the Digital/ePhilID on behalf of the other person. Thus, owner must be present on the day of your appointment.

Soft-Launch of the CRS-ITP2 Premium Annotation Service in PSA RSSO IV-A Lipa City CRS Outlet
21 March 2025, LIPA CITY, BATANGAS. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has introduced the Premium Annotation (PA) service to streamline annotation requests across its Civil Registry System (CRS) outlets. The PSA Regional Statistical Services Office IV-A Lipa City CRS Outlet was selected as the pilot site due to its expertise in screening and processing annotated documents. To ensure a smooth and efficient rollout, the pilot phase was initially limited to a single CRS outlet.

LOOK: The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and the G-Xchange, Inc. (GCash) team up for a colocation strategy, sealed thru a ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement held at the PSA Headquarters, Quezon City.
The colocation conveniently allows newly-registered individuals to the National ID to open their GCash accounts.
This ceremonial event is attended by PSA key officials led by Undersecretary Claire Dennis S. Mapa, PhD, National Statistician and Civil Registrar General, and Assistant Secretary Rosalinda P. Bautista, Deputy National Statistician of the PhilSys Registry Office, and officials from G-Xchange, Inc. headed by President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Oscar Enrico Reyes, Jr.

This is to inform the public that the Philippine Statistics Authority - Cebu Provincial Statistical Office has received Return-To-Sender PhilIDs from PHLPOST. These are the National ID Cards that PHILPOST unsuccessfully delivered due to reasons such as being unlocated, having an insufficient address, owners not residing in the area and others.

Just follow these steps:
1. Open a web browser and go to: https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/
2. Input the 29-digit Transaction Reference Number found in your Transaction Slip into the provided field on the website.
3. Review the result displayed on the screen, if the result is the same in the picture shown.
4. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has successfully printed and dispatched over 50 million PhilIDs for Filipinos who have registered to the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys).
As of 22 December 2023, 50,064,756 PhilID have already been printed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and dispatched for delivery to the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost).
