Day 2 of our Midyear In-Service Training for Teachers was another meaningful day of learning, collaboration, and professional growth as we focused on bridging the gaps in literacy and numeracy skills among our learners. 📖🔢
The two-day INSET reminded us that every learning gap is an opportunity for us to respond, innovate, and make a difference. Through meaningful discussions, demonstrations, sharing of best practices, and collaborative activities, our teachers gained valuable strategies that can be translated into more responsive and effective classroom instruction especially for learners who need additional support.
