Base sa mga karaniwang ordinansa at practice sa LGU:

* 🕙 Quiet hours: kadalasan 10:00 PM hanggang 6:00 AM
* 🔊 Bawal ang videoke / karaoke kung:
* Sobrang lakas at naririnig sa kapitbahay
* Nakaabot sa oras ng “quiet hours”
* Nakakaistorbo ng tulog, trabaho, o pahinga ng ibang tao

📌 Sa legal basis:

* Civil Code (Nuisance) – bawal ang ingay na nakakaistorbo ng peace of mind
* Revised Penal Code Art. 155 (Alarms and Scandals) – puwedeng violation kapag sobrang ingay lalo sa gabi
* Local Government Code – nagbibigay kapangyarihan sa barangay maglabas ng anti-noise ordinance

* “todo volume” sa gabi
* tuloy-tuloy hanggang madaling araw
* walang konsiderasyon sa kapitbahay

1. Unang reklamo sa barangay
2. Pag di tumigil → tanod / barangay action
3. Paulit-ulit → puwedeng i-record sa blotter at patawan ng penalty
4. Worst case → puwedeng i-escalate sa city/PNP kung grabe na

The Barangay Council of Barangay Pamutan held its regular session at the Barangay Hall to discuss and address issues, plans, and programs that will benefit the barangay and its residents.

The youth of Barangay Pamutan actively participated in the Summer Camp sa Sugbo 2026 held in Carcar City from May 27–31, 2026.

This meaningful activity provided opportunities for learning, leadership development, teamwork, and personal growth among the youth participants.

The participation of the Barangay Pamutan youth was facilitated by our GAD Focal Person, Ms. Jenisa E. Tabalino, and VAW Desk Officer, Ms. Imee G. Labitad, whose dedication and support helped ensure the successful involvement of our young constituents in this worthwhile program.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this activity and commend our youth participants for representing Barangay Pamutan with enthusiasm, discipline, and pride.

The Barangay officials of Barangay Pamutan would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Sugbo Eagles Club and Lady Eagles Club for their generous donation of Metal Responsi-Bottle Bins to our barangay on May 30, 2026.
