The Local Disaster Coordinator of Zapatera Elementary and High School tapped the Office of the Lorega San Miguel DRRMO, headed by Ace J. Repdos (Spáthi Mávro) , OIC, together with Lorega - San Miguel Emergency Response Team - Losamert Fire Rescue Team Leaders Floyd Stephen Polvis and Elmer Noel , and the LOSAMERT EMS Crew, to serve as Co-Evaluators, Safety Management Personnel, and Observers during the school's Earthquake Drill.
This collaborative effort highlights the commitment of both the school and emergency response partners in strengthening disaster preparedness, promoting safety awareness, and ensuring the readiness of students, teachers, and staff in times of emergencies.

The Velez College – Occupational Therapy Department, in cooperation with the Lorega San Miguel- BDRRMO ( headed by Ace J. Repdos -OIC) and the Lorega San Miguel Emergency Response Team – Fire Rescue and EMS (led Floyd Stephen Polvis /Elmer Noel-Fire Rescue TL's and Wendyll Lastimoso-EMS TL ) , successfully launched a Community-Based Introduction to Earthquake Preparedness Seminar and Basic Hazard Mapping for the constituents of Barangay Lorega San Miguel. Passing on Knowledge, Building Commitment, and Inspiring True Public Service and Safety for the Next Generation
Program: “Andam ta Bai”

The “Andam ta Bai” Program is a community-driven initiative focused on empowering the youth and strengthening disaster preparedness, response, and public safety awareness in Barangay Lorega San Miguel.

This initiative is spearheaded by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Lorega San Miguel, led by Chairman Hon. James Cabido , together with Councilor Hon. Jahpee Entice (SK Committee on Disaster Management), and the entire SK Council.

In strong collaboration with:

The Lorega San Miguel BDRRMO, led by Ace J. Repdos (OIC-BDRRMO).

The Lorega San Miguel Emergency Response Team (LOSAMERT) – Fire Rescue and EMS, led by:
Floyd Stephen Polvis (Fire Team Leader)
Elmer Noel (Fire Team Leader 2)
Wendyll Lastimoso (EMS Team Leader) and the rest of the entire LOSAMERT Crew.
