The training was conducted on April 8, 2026, at Waterfront Hotel for its employees. This initiative was requested by the hotel, demonstrating its commitment to promoting inclusive and accessible tourism.
We extend our appreciation to the Philippine Accessible Disability Services Inc. (PADS) team, headed by Sir JP Maunes, for sharing their expertise and guiding participants in learning sign language and proper etiquette when assisting tourists with disabilities.

The TourISM WorCS Training was successfully held last April 7, 2026 at Savoy Hotel Mactan
We were honored to have Ms. Xhelxea Francesca Lerios from the Department of Social Welfare and Development Region VII (DSWD-R7) and the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking Region 7 VAWC (IACAT7-VAWC)-led Secretariat, together with Atty. Justin Leanne Meneses from the Children's Legal Bureau (CLB), who shared valuable insights during the training.
This training was requested by Savoy Hotel for their employees, highlighting their commitment to enhancing service excellence and awareness.
