The first day of the First Quarter Assessment of accomplishments under the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project highlighted consolidated reports from the Department of Agrarian Reform Region VII’s (DAR VII) Provincial Project Management Office (PPMO) in Cebu on May 6, 2026.
Presentations identified key milestones achieved by various divisions of the agency, emphasizing their progress in implementing the project. They also outlined the Problems, Issues, Needs, and Concerns (PINCs) encountered during its implementation, along with corresponding insights and recommendations.
Led by Regional Project Manager Atty. Sheila B. Enciso, Regional Assistant Project Manager for Operations Atty. Marianito Q. Mojica Jr., and Regional GRM Coordinator Atty. Neili B. Resma, alongside Cebu's Provincial Project Manager Christian Louis G. Luna, and the Division Chiefs of both the Regional and Provincial offices of DAR VII, the activity forms part of the agency’s preparations for the upcoming National Assessment in Region XII, to be held in General Santos City from May 18 to 22, 2026.

A celebration of storytelling and creativity marked the historic grand launch of the Department of Agrarian Reform Region VII’s first coffee table book, “Yutawhan,” on April 21, 2026.

This milestone highlights the book’s 100 pages as not only testimonies of success but also as compelling proof of the agency’s dedication to uplifting the lives of farmer-beneficiaries across the region.

The coffee table book is an output of the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project, maneuvered by the regional and provincial Strategic Communications teams under the guidance of the region’s leadership.

The launch was graced with messages of commendation from Regional Director Atty. Sheila B. Enciso, ARDO Atty. Marianito Q. Mojica Jr., and RCAO Sheila M. Mondragon. Copies of the book were also formally turned over to the executives of the provincial offices in Bohol and Cebu.

Themed “Tinig ng Lupang Malaya: Kwento at Aral-Agraryo, Butil na Pamana sa Kabataan,” students from universities and colleges across Cebu and Bohol are invited to join for a chance to win up to Php 400,000.00 and represent Region VII at the national level.

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 116 issued by Acting Executive Secretary Ralph G. Recto, all government offices shall implement a Work-From-Home (WFH) arrangement from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN and suspend work from 12:00 NN onwards on April 1, 2026.
Regular operations will resume on April 6, 2026, in compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114 on energy conservation, adopting a compressed workweek schedule from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Mondays to Thursdays.
