This is the other way to strengthen action and cooperation within the community to attain and promote sustainable peace, security, and public safety towards attaining a safer place to live, work, and do business. The operating team had imparted positive sense of awareness to the community by not being victimized by criminals.

This effort highlights the PNP's commitment to community welfare and aligns with the goals of Executive Order 70 (EO 70) for lasting peace of our nation.

CMFC Cebu City personnel under the direct supervision of PLTCOL CHRISTIAN JOY Q ALQUEZA, Force Commander, CMFC,conducted urban preventive patrolling at Tres de Abril., and other central areas of Cebu City as part of the continuing implementation of Executive Order No. 70 (EO 70) or the Whole-of-Nation Approach to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC).
This daily activity aims to strengthen police visibility, maintain peace and order, and prevent the possible influence and activities of communist terrorist groups (CTGs) within urban communities.
Through these patrols, CMFC personnel actively monitor areas, engage with residents, and ensure that any suspicious activities are immediately addressed.The initiative also supports the
governmentโs effort to protect communities from radicalization, recruitment, and other activities linked to insurgency, while at the same time promoting cooperation between law enforcement and the public.
By maintaining a strong presence on the ground, CMFC continues to reinforce public safety and assure citizens that authorities remain vigilant in safeguarding the community.
CMFC encourages the public to remain vigilant and cooperate with authorities by reporting any suspicious activities, as maintaining peace and security is a shared responsibility between law enforcement and the community.

CMFC personnel under the direct supervision of PLTCOL CHRISTIAN JOY Q ALQUEZA, Force Commander CMFC, conducted Checkpoint, Moto Stop & Border Control at Brgy. Mabolo., Cebu City, in order to prevent crimes and suppression, as well as Community Anti-Terrorism Awareness (CATA).
This activity is part of the maintenance of peace and order and monitoring the ingress and egress in the city in order to prevent external threats and implement all existing laws, ordinances, rules and regulations in Cebu City.

This program aims to help the public in addressing their transportation needs in these times of crisis. Commuter were happily onboard the service patrol car.

SQUAD INTERACTIVE MEETING (SWIM) | 7:30 AM- 8:00 AM | June 3, 2026
CMFC personnel led by PLTCOL CHRISTIAN JOY Q ALQUEZA, Force Commander, CMFC, together with CMFC Life Coach Pastor Ralph G Paguntalan, conducted a Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) introduced JOHN 3:17 verse reveals that Christianity is fundamentally a message of grace and rescue rather than judgment or guilt, emphasizing God's desire to heal a broken humanity
During the meeting, each member had a chance to share his experiences and express his feelings and concern either from family or about his job which might affect his performance. Through the help of the interactive life coach and the other members, each member could be guided and corrected. The squad concept was achieved by emphasizing value formation, spiritual development, and strengthening of family ties of each member.

The City Mobile Force Company (CMFC), Cebu City Police Office, successfully served a Warrant of Arrest against an individual charged for violation of Section 10(a) of Republic Act 7610, otherwise known as the โSpecial Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act,โ.
At approximately 12:40 PM on May 28, 2026, CMFC personnel led by PMSg Edwin R. Hellacone, Intel PNCO, together with PSSg Christopher S. Maja and PSSg Mark Phillip Rizon Sanding, conducted operation at Barangay Tisa, Cebu City. The operation was carried out under the direct supervision of PLTCOL CHRISTIAN JOY Q. ALQUEZA, Force Commander, CMFC.
The successful operation involved continuous surveillance, casing, and proper coordination which resulted in the arrest of the suspect by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Section 10(a) of RA 7610.
PLTCOL CHRISTIAN JOY Q. ALQUEZA, Force Commander, CMFC, emphasized the unitโs commitment to protecting vulnerable sectors, especially children, and ensuring that individuals facing criminal charges are brought before the court through lawful and professional police operations.
