Last March 28, 2026, a meaningful day of compassion and service unfolded at Barangay Apas, as The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) - Cebu Illustre Eagles Club spearheaded a Medical, Dental, Ophthalmologic, Legal, and Feeding Outreach Program for the community.

In partnership with the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary 211th Squadron, Cristine G. Takahashi Foundation Inc., Cebu Heritage Lions Club, and Barangay Apas, this initiative brought together professionals, volunteers, and advocates committed to uplifting lives and delivering essential services to those in need.

From providing free consultations, dental care, eye check-ups, and legal assistance, to sharing warm meals through the feeding program - the outreach served as a testament to the power of collaboration and genuine service.

More than just a one-day event, this initiative reflects our unwavering commitment to humanitarian service and our mission of making a lasting impact in the community.

To all our partners, volunteers, and supporters - daghang salamat for making this outreach a success. Together, we continue to embody the true spirit of Service Through Strong Brotherhood.

The Cebu Illustre proudly stood in unity with the Central Visayas Eagles Region during the 5th Oath Taking & Induction Ceremonies, held alongside the 19th REXECOM and 5th Regional Assembly—a distinguished gathering of leaders bound by honor, service, and brotherhood.

This momentous occasion marked the renewal of vows, the induction of visionary leaders, and the recognition of exemplary Eagles whose dedication embodies the true spirit of Eagleism. Guided by the principle of “Service Through Strong Brotherhood” and the national theme, “Time to Build Bridges. Time to Build Relationships. Time for Change to Continue,” the day stood as a powerful testament to unity, purpose, and enduring commitment.

The Cebu Illustre Eagles Club successfully held its General Membership Meeting (GMM) and Election of Officers for the Year 2026–2027 at Hotel Pier Cuatro, Cebu City.

The evening was marked by unity, fellowship, and a strong spirit of brotherhood as members gathered to elect their new set of officers. The event was conducted in an orderly and transparent manner under the supervision of Region COMELEC Kuya Dennis Alaba, and the invaluable support of PIEL Director Kuya Willand Vidal.

Last September 30, 2025, Cebu was struck by a devastating earthquake that left many families in great need. In response, we are launching WINGS OF HOPE: Tabang Cebu, a disaster relief operation spearheaded by the Cebu Illustre Eagles Club of The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) Central Visayas Region 7, together with our partners in service.

This initiative calls on the spirit of bayanihan and solidarity, as we extend help to our kababayans who have lost so much.

Donations Needed:
• Normal saline solutions, cotton & gauze, bandages
• Disposable gloves & masks, betadine solutions
• Medical supplies, medicines, vitamins, pain relievers
• Food packs, rice, groceries, drinking water
• And other essential relief items

In celebration of the 42nd RESCOM Founding Anniversary, the Armed Forces of the Philippines (Philippine Army, RESCOM), in partnership with the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary 211th Squadron, The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Cebu Illustre Eagles Club and The Fort United Eagles Club), brought joy, care, and compassion to the community of Tabunan Integrated School, Barangay Tabunan, Cebu City.

More than 150 students benefited from a day filled with meaningful activities, including gift-giving of school supplies, a medical mission, free haircut services, and a feeding program. The event aimed not only to meet immediate needs but also to inspire hope and show the true spirit of service to others.

This celebration is a testament to what can be achieved when organizations unite for a common purpose, to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

We are thrilled to launch our “ADOPT-A-STUDENT PROJECT” by The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) - Cebu Illustre Eagles Club. In response to the recent fire in Tabunok, Talisay City, we aim to provide much-needed school supplies to students affected by this tragedy.

For just ₱150.00, you can adopt one student and contribute towards their essential school supplies. You can adopt as many students as your heart desires, and every single donation will directly impact the lives of these young learners.

LOOK: The Cebu Illustre Eagles Club proudly introduced Project TALA (Tamang Ayos ng Late Application) during a courtesy visit to Dr. Arden D. Monisit, Schools Division Superintendent of DepEd Talisay City, Cebu.

In collaboration with JCI CEBU (Cebu Jaycees) and the 211th Squadron of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary, Project TALA aims to help children who still do not have birth certificates due to poverty or lack of awareness. The team discussed the urgent need to assist families in navigating the late registration process.

Project TALA will serve as a one-stop shop to provide support, guidance, and legal assistance to ensure every child is given their right to identity and access to essential services.

Together, let’s build a future where every child is seen, counted, and cared for.
