Happy Birthday to my father, the late Mayor Edgardo "Edgar" C. Labella, who would have turned 75 years old today! 🎂🕊️

Mayor Labella was one of Cebu City's most beloved public servants, whom I am happy to be a legacy.

My Papa was City Councilor from 1998 to 2001 and again from 2004 to 2013, Vice Mayor from 2013 to 2019, and Mayor of Cebu City from 2019 until his passing in 2021.

A career built on genuine love for this city and its people. I know I am not alone in remembering him. His warmth and his dedication to Cebu City are not forgotten through our family, his supporters, and the people he has served through his years.

Thank you to my father, Mayor Edgar. Cebu City will always remember you. 💙
