Section Chiefs under the Support to Operations Division (STOD) of the Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office VII convened to formally welcome the newly designated OIC-Regional Chief Administrative Officer, Atty. Marlyn V. Capa, and discuss the status and ongoing activities of each section under the division, on June 4, 2026.
The meeting provided an opportunity for the Section Chiefs to share their respective Problems, Issues, Needs, and Concerns (PINCs), fostering dialogue and collaboration toward addressing operational challenges and improving service delivery.

Through the Solidarity Partnership for Prosperity Through Agrarian Reform Cooperative Program, the Department of Agrarian Reform Region VII (DAR VII) and the Cooperative Development Authority Region VII (CDA VII) strengthened their partnership through a workshop and planning session aimed at finalizing the 2026 Physical Plans and the Indicative Plans for Calendar Years 2027โ2028, on June 4, 2026.
These plans were formulated based on previous coordination activities involving cooperatives and farmers' organizations to ensure that the assistance they requireโwhether in the form of training, registration, or other support servicesโis properly delivered and administered.
Among the officials present during the workshop were Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officer (CARPO) for the Bureau of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Development under the Beneficiaries Capacity Development Division Delia Baldovino, OIC-Assistant Regional Director for Administration Sheila M. Mondragon; CARPOs Cristina S. Amance, Jennette Oporto, and Liza Toroy; and CDA representatives Jessie Rey Sitones, Liv Yedda Marie Pajaron, and John Mark Mumar.

To ensure the smooth implementation of the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project under the Land Tenure Improvement Division (LTID) of the Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office VII (DARRO VII), Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officer Josefina B. Mahilum formally assumed her role as the new Parcelization Component Coordinator.
During the meeting, LTID/SPLIT personnel provided updates on the current status of the Land Acquisition and Distribution component of the SPLIT Project within their respective areas of responsibility. The discussion also served as an opportunity for the division's workforce to familiarize the new coordinator with ongoing activities, accomplishments, and challenges related to project implementation.

To strengthen and institutionalize records management in the Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office VII (DARRO VII), members of the Regional Records Management Improvement Committee (RMIC) gathered on June 3, 2026.
The meeting served to reaffirm the roles and responsibilities of the committee members and designated records custodians from each division and section of DARRO VII.
Key agenda items included the implementation of the 5S Methodology, the schedule for the actual conduct of 5S activities and records inventory, the reconstitution of records custodians, the submission of updated inventory and appraisal reports, and the request for disposal of records.
The 5S Methodology is a workplace organization system designed to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and promote a safe and orderly work environment. The five principles are Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.
The meeting, led by OIC-Assistant Regional Director for Administration and RMIC Chairperson Sheila M. Mondragon and facilitated by Records Officer Rene Isoto Jr., was conducted in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 9470, otherwise known as the National Archives of the Philippines Act of 2007.

As activities ramp up for the month of June, executives and division chiefs from the regional and provincial offices of DAR Region VII convened for an Expanded Executive Committee (ExeCom) Meeting on June 2, 2026.
Among the key agenda items discussed were the upcoming simultaneous distribution of Electronic Titles (E-Titles) and Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (CoCRoM) in Cebu Province, as well as the DAR-LRA Assessment on the Generation and Issuance of E-Titles under the Parcelization Component of the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project and the target-setting activities for Calendar Year 2026 to be held in Bohol.
Administrative, operational, and legal matters were likewise discussed and addressed during the meeting, which was led by Regional Director Melvin Castor V. Silvestre, Assistant Regional Director (ARD) for Operations Atty. Marianito Q. Mojica Jr., and OIC-ARD for Administration Sheila M. Mondragon.
The provincial offices of Bohol and Cebu were also represented by Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officers (PARPOs) II Ronald I. Pumatong, Ph.D. and Christian Louis G. Luna with OIC-PARPOs I Jenette R. Oporto and Gersyval O. Vestal.

Following the recent installment of OICโAssistant Regional Director for Administration (ARDA) Sheila โShyโ M. Mondragon, the Program Beneficiaries Development Division (PBDD) of the Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office VII convened to review the current status of projects under the division and identify key targets moving forward, on June 1, 2026.
Aside from gaining a comprehensive understanding of the division's current accomplishments and challenges, the meeting also set the direction and expectations for PBDD under ARDA Shy's leadership.
Present during the meeting were Chief Agrarian Reform Program Officer Cristina S. Amance, Supervising Agrarian Reform Program Officer Yuna Elluza D. Kintanar, and the entire PBDD workforce.
