Every air conditioning system, refrigeration unit and chiller that relies of a lubricating oil to protect the movement of it internal parts will start losing some of its efficiency from day 1. ect it from the effects of friction. The compressor motor is a very costly unit to replace so it needs all the protection it can get. The compressors job is to compress the refrigerant gas and circulate through the condenser and the evaporator where it generates heat transfer. Heat transfer is how we get the cold temperatures we enjoy. As the compressor compresses the gas small quantities of oil get mixed with the gas and circulated throughout the system, the condenser and evaporator. As this oil circulates it begins to coat the surfaces of the condenser and the evaporator forming a clogging layer of stagnant lubricating oil known as “oil fouling”. Because oil is non-conductive, the oil fouling is actually insulating the very surfaces that are required to produce the temperatures we desire! The effect the oil fouling has on the efficiency of the compressor is much like the effect cholesterol has on the human heart. The more cholesterol we have the harder our heart pumps the more stagnant oil in your AC system the harder your compressor pumps driving up energy costs and lowering the efficiency of your system. EnviroTemp is a unique oil-based energy solution that’s added directly into the existing oil within the compressor motor, it does not replace the existing oil. Once installed, depending on the size of the unit, within moments it can begin to remove the stagnant layer of clogged oil and places it back into circulation where it should be. A. You may adjust your ‘comfort temperature’. For example you may now have your AC set to 22˚ & after Enviro Temp is installed, you may choose to adjust the temperature to 24˚. By doing this your system will not need to work as hard to achieve the correct level of comfort for you. Your system will reach the desired temperature quicker & cycle off. If you choose to leave the same temperature setting on your system, you will notice that it takes less time for your AC unit to reach your desired temperature. From there you can switch the unit off or the system may cycle itself off. Which Types of Systems Will Work? Enviro Temp works on almost any HVAC system.
