Time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Venue: 3rd Floor Conference Room, SAMCH

Eligibility:
✅Healthy individuals aged 18-65
✅Weighing at least 50 kilograms
✅Free from any infectious diseases

How to Donate:

⭕️Present a valid ID:
Bring a government-issued ID.
⭕️Undergo Screening:
A brief medical screening will be conducted.
⭕️Donate Blood:
A simple and safe procedure.

Ang St. Anthony Mother and Child Hospital magapahigayun ug LIBRENG operasyon alang sa mga kababayen-an nga adunay problema sama sa:

📍Bugon Sa Obaryo (Ovarian Cyst)
📍Buwa (Uterine Prolapse)
📍 Myoma

Gikan sa September 1, 2024 hangtud sa December 27, 2024. Mahimo mag pre-register gamit ang kini nga link:

or e-scan ang QR code nga naa sa ubos. Pwede usab pagpa rehistro dri sa hospital gikan sa Lunes hangtud sa Biyernes, 8- 5 PM. Duol lang sa Admitting Section.

Human maka pre-register, mahimo paabota ang text or tawag alang sa imuhang schedule ug e andam ug dalhon nimo and sunod nga mga requirements:
1. Photocopy of any valid government issued ID or photocopy sa Birth Certificate
2. Past Medical Records (if naa)
3. Past Surgical Records (if naa)
