𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗦 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗪 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬 𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

The Interim Parliament of Polikratos is hereby officially constituted, following the issuance of Executive Order No. 1, Series of 2026 by outgoing Prime Minister Kyla Marie A. Villaso.

In the spirit of continuity and dedicated service, and in accordance with the 2022 Polikratos Constitution, the election of the Officers-in-Charge took place during the 9th Regular Session held on June 6, 2026, to ensure that no moment of governance is left unattended.

As our former officers have recently graduated, the remaining Members of the Parliament shall now assume their roles as the Transitory Government, pursuant to Article XVI, Section 1 of the 2022 Polikratos Constitution, which mandates that they shall continue to serve until a new Parliament is formed for the new Academic Year. With this, Officers-in-Charge (OICs) have been appointed to all vacant positions effective immediately, caretaker in nature, until the new Parliament is formally constituted and its regular officers are duly elected.

With the vacant positions now filled, we proudly introduce the Officers-In-Charge who will lead each ministerial post through this transitory period. Rooted in the living law that binds us, these officers stand ready to serve, lead, and uphold the ideals of Polikratos with unwavering dedication.

A.Y. 2025–2026 came and went just like that.

This year was carried by different ministries working side by side, along with the many tasks that came with serving the organization. There were days that ran smoothly, and days that required more patience, adjustment, and effort from everyone involved.

Through it all, each and every one took on their role with the same responsibility we started with: to serve the student body with integrity, clarity, and purpose.

As this administration ends, we acknowledge the work done, the challenges faced, and the shared effort that kept everything moving until the end of the term.

What we’re left with is a year we once planned for, worked through, and now look back on with gratitude.

We close this academic year with a look back at everything Polikratos has been a part of — the events, the initiatives, the participations, and the work put in by our officers and members throughout the year.

Contained in this report are the organization's activities, events, initiatives, and accomplishments for Academic Year 2025–2026. All of these were made possible through the efforts of many individuals who contributed in different ways throughout the year. Whether through leadership, participation, support, or collaboration, those efforts helped shape the year that Polikratos had and reflected the organization's continued commitment to creating opportunities for engagement, learning, and service within the body.

As we look ahead, we do so with gratitude for everyone who became part of this year's journey and with hope for what future members will continue to build. May the work done here carry into the next, and may Polikratos continue to be an organization its members can stand behind.

Authenticity is an act of defiance to the societal norms and a response to what supresses humanity.

For generations, members of the LGBTQ+ community have faced discrimination simply for stepping out of their safe closets and embracing their true selves. This month, we continue to celebrate courage and love as we continue to raise the flag that represents true identity.

Because identity should never be treated as a crisis or a controversy. It is a reflection of the diverse experiences, stories, and connections that make us human. Regardless of our gender, sexuality, or background, we all share the same dignity and the same place in this world.

More than a celebration, pride is a protest—championing the rights, identity, and equal standing of every citizen, all of whom deserve acknowledgement for their contributions to society. It calls on us to amplify the voices of the marginalized and oppressed. This solidarity bridges the LGBTQIA+ community with farmers, laborers, women, and the youth, uniting them in opposition to the prejudice perpetuated by an outdated status quo.
