The Central Command, AFP is hosting the "Heroes Run 2017" in Cebu City which the Cebu Executive Runners Club is organizing to sustain the scholarship program the Heroes Foundation and the AFP Educational Benefit System Office is giving to qualified soldiers and their dependents. The Heroes Run treats you to a new experience for personal fulfillment. Passing through the “heroes path”, the standard distance (2 Mile = 3.2 Km) which soldiers take during their Physical Fitness Tests, runners will enjoy the road run around the camp with loud speaker playing military chants and shall pass through “combat zone” (aggressors are armed with water cannons and red powder) and the “training ground” (obstacle course). Join the heroes run and “journey”!
