As part of the Regional Science, Technology, and Innovation Week, we are inviting teams to produce a short documentary highlighting DOST-supported research or initiatives at your university
Showcase the real-world impact of innovation through these themes:

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧?
The contest is open to undergraduate students from DOST-SEI accredited colleges and universities in Cebu and Bohol.
Each team must have five members, including at least one DOST Scholar. Please note that graduating students are not eligible to join.

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬:
📌 Your documentary must be five minutes or less, including the credits.
📌 You may use Cebuano, Filipino, English, or any Visayan language. Just make sure to include English subtitles.
Please use only original or copyright-free photos, videos, music, and other materials. AI-assisted editing tools are allowed, but AI-generated visuals and voiceovers are not permitted.

The Top 10 entries will advance to the final judging stage. Audience engagement on Facebook will also account for 5% of the final score, so be ready to share and support your favorite entries once the finalists are announced.
