Inaanyayahan ang mga magulang o guardian ng mga sumusunod na magpalista:

Accomplished Modified Basic Education Enrollment Form

WHAT TO DO:
1. Secure a copy of the Modified Basic Education Enrollment Form from the Guard House or print out the electronic copy uploaded in PDF.

2. Drop the DULY ACCOMPLISHED MBEE FORM to the Designated DROPBOX near the guard house.

NOTE: MBEEF COPIES ARE NOW AVAILABLE AT THE GUARD HOUSE

✅ Kindergarten: Mga batang limang (5) taong gulang sa o bago mag October 31, 2022 (DepEd Order No. 47, s. 2016/DepEd Order No. 20, s. 2018)

✅Grade 1: Mga batang nakapagtapos ng Kindergarten sa S.Y. 2021-2022 (mga batang kasalukuyang pumamasok sa Kindergarten).

✅ Transferees: Mga batang mula Grade 2-Grade 6 na nagnanais lumipat sa Banilad Elementary School.

✅ Balik-Aral: Mga batang nagnanais bumalik sa pag-aaral.
