Walang Iwanan

In my privilege speech last August 26 2025, we called for the revival of one of the most compassionate and people-centered programs ever implemented in our city initiated during the term of Mayor Tomas “Tommy” Osmeña in 2016.

This program catered to the needs of our fellow Cebuanos by delivering medicines, especially maintenance medication, right at their very doorstep. It was a program that directly addressed the daily struggles of thousands of families, ensuring that healthcare was not just available, but also accessible.

✅ Adopt asynchronous and/or modular delivery of classes
✅ Implement early dismissal of students and personnel, if face-to-face classes have already started
We urge everyone to stay safe, avoid flooded areas, and stay tuned to official announcements for further updates. Let’s continue to prioritize safety while ensuring learning continues.
