42 youths from Barangay Apas will soon avail of the Tulong Dunong Program, thanks to Senator Raffy Tulfo for the opportunity. Hopefully, all of them will be able to benefit from it.

The Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) of the Commission on Higher Education is important because it helps financially challenged students from state colleges and universities continue their college education by providing financial assistance for miscellaneous expenses.

Thanks to the Barangay Apas Youth Development Council for facilitating the orientation.

Former LTO-7 Director Victor Caindec has raised concerns over the increasing number of unregistered e-bikes being driven by minors on national roads, questioning why they appear to face less enforcement compared to motorists and motorcycle riders who comply with licensing and registration requirements.

In a Facebook post, Caindec pointed out the perceived disparity in road law enforcement, noting that owners of cars and motorcycles spend on licenses and vehicle registration while some e-bike users operate without the same requirements.

"Yor, ok pa ta ani? Ang ebike gadagan sa National Road, minor ga drive. Wa na gani rehistro. Tabla na ni tanan?

Ang mga sakyanan ug motor, strikto ang dakop basta naay violation. Ang mga ga drive ug motor ug sakyanan, nigasto sa license ug rehistro.

Kani mga ebike way rehistro, way lisensya, pero ok ra???

Abi nako pobre? Diin man gikan ang pagpalit ani ebike? Tinuod ba nga naay ga tara sa "charging" sa ebikes mao walay dakop?? Nangutana ra." Caindec said in his FB page.
