Mainitong gidawat sa Probinsya sa Sugbo si Dr. Sheila Faciol isip bag-ong Provincial Health Officer II sa Cebu Provincial Health Office, human kini nanumpa kagahapong adlawa, Mayo 4, 2026 atubangan ni People's Governor Pam Baricuatro.

Ang iyang pag-abot gi-isip nga usa ka dakong dugang kusog sa padayon nga paningkamot sa probinsya sa pagpalig-on sa sistema sa panglawas ug paghatag og dekalidad nga serbisyong medikal alang sa tanang Sugboanon.

Gila-uman nga pinaagi sa iyang kasinatian ug dedikasyon sa serbisyo publiko, mas mapalambo pa ang mga programa sa panglawas, mapaayo ang koordinasyon sa mga ospital, ug mapalapdan ang access sa healthcare services sa mga komunidad sa Sugbo.

Ang Cebu Provincial Government mipadayag sa ilang pagsalig nga ang liderato ni Dr. Faciol magdala og bag-ong direksyon ug kalig-on sa sektor sa panglawas sa probinsya.

With immense gratitude, we commend the DOH-7 for the successful Health Promotion Congress for Barangay Health Workers in Cebu Province.

We gratefully acknowledge our Gov. Pamela "Pam" Baricuatro for ₱100,000 donation—₱50,000 for raffle prizes (we have 15 winners that received 1,000 pesos each) and ₱50,000 for the Festival Queen and Zumba contest prizes. To our Provincial HEPO Officer and BHW Provincial Coordinator-Ma'am Aimee Galinato. Your support brings joy, motivation, and renewed energy to our BHW's as they continue to serve our communities with dedication and care.
