𝐉𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐔𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐂 𝐌𝐔Ñ𝐎𝐙, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐄, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, BJMP Region VII, warmly welcomed the courtesy visit of 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐒 𝐏 𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐎 (𝐆𝐒𝐂) 𝐏𝐀, Group Commander, 3CRG, CMOC, AFP.

The visit aimed to strengthen collaboration for peace and order and the ongoing Information and Education Campaign (IEC), which focuses on enhancing public awareness, promoting responsible citizenship, and fostering unity between security forces and the community.

𝐁𝐉𝐌𝐏 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐕𝐈𝐈 upholds its commitment to strengthen collaboration among governmental agencies to promote peace and order towards the community, anchoring its efforts on transparency, partnership, and proactive engagement for safer communities.

𝐉𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐔𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐂 𝐌𝐔Ñ𝐎𝐙, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐄, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, BJMP Region VII, spearheaded the 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧-𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 held at Cebu City Jail-Annex.

The ceremony formally installed new Wardens for selected jail facilities, ensuring continuity of leadership, operational efficiency, and strengthened accountability in the management of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

In addition, the ceremony was graced by the presence of 𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐘. 𝐄𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐄𝐋 𝐓. 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐎, Audit Team Leader of COA Region VII, and 𝐆𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐄 𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐋 𝐑. 𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐘, Audit Team Member/State Auditing Examiner III, who gave emphasis to accountability and transparency in financial management, compliance with auditing standards, and proper use of government resources to uphold integrity in jail operations.

𝐁𝐉𝐌𝐏 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐕𝐈𝐈 commits to uphold professionalism, reinforce organizational discipline, and sustain effective jail administration—anchored on its dedication to security, humane safekeeping, and rehabilitation of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) across Central Visayas.
