2. Self-protection measures – Mag gamit og long sleeves, kulambo ug mosquito repellent. ✅

3. Seek early consultation – Magpakonsulta dayon kung may hilanat ug sintomas sa dengue. ✅

4. Support fogging/spraying – Mag suporta sa fogging or spraying sa komunidad kung kinahanglan

💧 WASH Orientation 💧

Nahimong malampuson ang atong orientation kabahin sa Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) aron mapalambo ang kahimsog, kalimpyo, ug kaluwasan sa komunidad. Pinaagi niini, nakat-on ang mga partisipante sa husto nga pamaagi sa pagpanlimpyo, pagdumala sa sanitasyon, ug kahinungdanon sa limpyo nga tubig aron malikayan ang mga sakit.
📌 Kahulugan sa WASH:
💦 W – Water: Limpyo ug luwas nga tubig para sa pag-inom ug adlaw-adlaw nga paggamit
🧼 S – Sanitation: Hustong pagdumala sa basura ug pagmintinar sa limpyo nga palibot
🤲 H – Hygiene: Maayong pamatasan sa kalimpyo sama sa husto nga paghugas sa kamot ug personal nga pag-atiman
Ang limpyo nga tubig, maayong sanitasyon, ug husto nga hygiene maoy dalan padulong sa himsog nga komunidad 💙
