(DSAPI) - Cebu Chapter is a non-stock, non-profit organization, founded in 1991 by a group of dedicated and committed parents and professionals. It aims to offer support to families who have a child with Down Syndrome. DSAPI believes in the ability and talent of every child with the right support and intervention from families and the community, especially with positive attitudes of warmth, love, understanding and hope.
