A meaningful meeting was held with the officers and members of Kapitbahay Homeowners Association (HOA) from Barangay Labangon, led by 𝗠𝗿𝘀. 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗮 𝗘. 𝗔𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮, regarding the long-awaited acquisition of parcels of land owned by the Aznar family.

This initiative aims to help provide security and stability for the residents who have long hoped for the opportunity to acquire the land they call home.

Through the assistance of DWUP, PCUP, and our office, we continue to work closely with the community and its leaders to move this important undertaking forward.

EMPOWERING OUR BARANGAY HEALTH WORKER’s

Today, we continued our visits to the Barangay Health Centers of Brgy. Mabini and Brgy. Sirao to personally check on and encourage our hardworking Barangay Health Workers.

Nakigkumusta kita sa atong mga BHW ug nagpahayag sa atong dakong pagpasalamat sa ilang dedikasyon ug walay kapoy nga serbisyo alang sa kahimsog sa ilang komunidad. During our visit, we encouraged them to remain committed to their BHW NC II journey and continue enhancing their knowledge and skills for better public health service.

Ang inyong serbisyo usa ka dakong inspirasyon ug importante nga bahin sa pagpalambo sa kahimsog sa matag Sugboanon. Padayon sa pagkat-on, pagserbisyo, ug paghatag og paglaum sa inyong komunidad.

Dako usab ang akung pasalamat kang Mayor Hon. Nestor Archival ug Vice-Mayor Hon. Tommy Osmeña sa ilang padayon nga suporta sa atong mga programa ug mga inisyatibo alang sa pagpalig-on sa kapasidad ug kaayohan sa atong Barangay Health Workers.

This Men’s Mental Health Month, let us remind every man that it is okay not to be okay.

Daghang kalalakin-an ang hilom nga nagdala sa ilang mga problema, kabalaka, ug mga pagsulay sa kinabuhi. Apan ang tinuod nga kusog dili makita sa pagtago sa kasakit, kundili sa kaisog sa pag-ila niini ug pagpangayo og tabang kung gikinahanglan.

Mental health is just as important as physical health. Walay sayop sa pagpakig-istorya, pagpangayo og suporta, o pag-atiman sa imong kaugalingong pangisip ug emosyonal nga kahimtang.

To all fathers, sons, brothers, husbands, friends, and colleagues—your feelings matter, your voice matters, and your well-being matters.

Atong tabangan ang usag usa sa paghimo og usa ka komunidad diin ang mga lalaki mahimong malaya sa pagpakigbahin sa ilang gibati nga walay kahadlok ug walay paghusga.

Nakigkumusta kita ug nagpasalamat sa ilang walay hunong nga serbisyo. Atong gidasig ang matag BHW sa pagkuha sa BHW NC II alang sa ilang personal nga pagtubo ug mas epektibong pag-alagad sa komunidad. Ang inyong dedikasyon maoy usa sa mga haligi sa atong healthcare system sa barangay!

Dako usab ang atong pagpasalamat sa atong Mayor Hon. Nestor Archival ug Vice-Mayor Hon. Tommy Osmeña sa ilang walay hunong nga suporta ug pagpangga sa atong mga health frontliners sa kabukiran. Tungod sa inyong lig-on nga liderato, mas napalig-on ang atong mga programa alang sa katawhan.

During our visit, we shared words of encouragement and appreciation for their dedication to public service. We also reminded them to continue pursuing growth opportunities, including their BHW NC II journey, to further enhance their knowledge and skills.

Today, I had the opportunity to visit another batch of our BHW NC II trainees at Toong Integrated School. Inspiring gyud kaayo makita unsa ka dedicated atong mga Barangay Health Workers sa ilang pag participate, sa ilang pag kat-on, ug sa ilang paingkamot nga mas mahimo pa silang skillful para sa atong komunidad.

Each visit reminds me of the vital role our BHWs play in promoting health and well-being at the grassroots level. Ilang commitment para sa ilang personal and professional growth reflects their passion for public service and their dedication to improving the lives of the people they serve.

Magpabilin ming mapasalamaton para sa ilang kugi, og paingkamot. And we look forward to seeing them apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills in their respective barangays.
