The handcrafted accessories made by OFW Rambie Go made its way to the recently concluded โSerbisyo Caravan sa Romaโ which was held last October 11-12, 2025 in Rome to bring the services of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) to the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Italy.
Apart from the assistance offered by various government agencies of the Philippines, cultural presentations, and spiritual services, DMW also showcased some of the products locally made by former OFWs through its โBuy Lokal, By OFWsโ Program.
One of which is the collection of necklaces made by Rambie Go, our very own mompreneur and former OFW from Toledo City. Rambieโs works of art are handcrafted with stories to tell about the beauty of the Philippines guided by purpose, culture, and community.
Her dedication in her craft has paved its way for collaborations and recognition all over the world. Even catching the attention of the First Lady of the Philippines, Atty. Liza Marcos, who was also present during the caravan.
Further, another batch of orders was placed by Undersecretary Tutay wherein she ordered 50 assorted pieces of Rambieโs handcrafted necklaces for delivery on November 15, 2025.
As Rambie proudly crafts a creative legacy rooted in love, culture, and sustainability, DMW Region VII is committed to consistently promote her products and is very of all her achievements.
