Honored and inspired to receive the 1st Place – Highest Number of Delegates Award during the 12th Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) 2026.

The Rotary Club of Banilad Metro proudly sent and supported 18 delegates from our Interact Club, empowering young leaders to learn, grow, build friendships, and become catalysts of positive change in our communities.

This recognition reflects our club’s strong commitment to youth development and leadership excellence. We believe that investing in the youth today means building a brighter, stronger, and more compassionate tomorrow.

To our delegates — thank you for representing our club with passion, energy, and purpose. May this experience continue to inspire you to lead with integrity, serve with heart, and dream bigger for the future.

Last May 5, we had the honor of recognizing our very own Past President Grace Vincent, now serving as the President of Woodstock-Oxford Rotary in Canada.

During the height of Typhoon Tino, President Grace immediately reached out to extend help and support to the victims here in Cebu. Through her leadership and compassionate heart, she organized several fundraising concerts in Canada to raise assistance for those affected by the typhoon.

We also joyfully celebrated her birthday and, together with her husband, Past District Governor Doug Vincent of D7080. We presented our Certificate of Appreciation in gratitude for their kindness, generosity, and unwavering service.

Indeed, President Grace exemplifies the true heart of a Rotarian — one who serves beyond borders, leads with compassion, and gives hope to those in need. 💙💛
