Labangon Ambulance responded to a 72-year-old female complaining of body weakness in 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴, 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼𝗻, 𝗖𝗲𝗯𝘂 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆. Upon assessment, our team noted weakness in the left upper extremity and both lower extremities.

A thorough assessment was conducted, including evaluation of the patient’s health condition and vital signs. Oxygen was administered via nasal cannula at 3 LPM to maintain adequate oxygen saturation.

The patient was positioned comfortably and monitored continuously en route. No signs of acute distress were noted during transport. Our team ensured the patient was safely transferred to the receiving facility for further evaluation and management.

On March 25, 2025, Labangon EMS responded to a motorcycle accident on Salvador St., Labangon, Cebu City. A 54-year-old female backrider sustained swelling and pain in the occipital area after the driver lost balance, causing them to slide on the ground.

The team provided cervical spine precautions, neurological assessment, and continuous monitoring before transporting the patient to the nearest medical facility for further evaluation.
