Afprescom Field and Liaison Office - Visayas

𝗧𝗔𝗦 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗦 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗜𝗡 𝗜𝗟𝗢𝗜𝗟𝗢 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬

In line with the Armed Forces of the Philippines Reserve Command’s commitment to humanitarian assistance and community service, TAS Reservists in Panay Island successfully conducted a Medical Mission on 30 May 2026 at Ramon Avanceña National High School, Brgy. Calumpang, Iloilo City.

The activity was led by LTC PACIFICO S DALISAY JR MC (RES), together with personnel from TAS Reserve Units under AFPRESCOM, who rendered free Operation Tuli (Circumcision) and medical check-up services to community beneficiaries.

Conducted in partnership with the University of San Agustin, Inc. – College of Nursing, Nutrition and Dietetics, the activity underscored the steadfast commitment of the Reserve Force to public service, humanitarian support, and nation-building.

Advancing Interoperability and Disaster Response Excellence.

The AFPRESCOM Field and Liaison Office – Visayas, in collaboration with the Office of Civil Defense Region VII (OCD-7), successfully conducted the Incident Command System (ICS) Executive Course at Headquarters, 53rd Engineer Brigade, Philippine Army, Camp Lapu-Lapu, Apas, Cebu City.

This initiative underscores the continuing commitment of AFPRESCOM to strengthen the operational readiness, disaster response capability, and inter-agency coordination of the Reserve Force within the Visayas Area of Responsibility.

The training equipped Active personnel and Reservists with a comprehensive understanding of ICS principles, organizational structure, and operational procedures—enhancing their capacity to seamlessly integrate into national and local disaster response mechanisms during emergencies and critical situations.

AFLO-Visayas extends its appreciation to the Subject Matter Experts from OCD-7 and partner agencies for their expertise and unwavering support in advancing a more competent, coordinated, and mission-ready Reserve Force.
