A moment of gratitude and hope filled the Capitol as 𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐠, a mother from 𝗗𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗴, personally thanked Gov. Pamela Baricuatro for the assistance that helped save her nearly three-year-old son’s life. 🫶

Last September, the Sagang family sought help from the Capitol and received financial assistance for the child’s liver transplant in India. During the emotional meeting, Gov. Pam warmly hugged the young boy—now healthy, smiling, and full of life. 🌱

In a phone interview, the child’s father 𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗼 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘇 shared:
