This , we celebrate women not for the roles they play or the sacrifices they make but for the individuals they choose to be. Let’s amplify women’s voices and work together to protect the right to self-determinism. 💙

This Valentine’s Day, don’t forget to show love to the one person who’s always been there for you — yourself. 💛 Self-compassion means giving yourself the same kindness and understanding you give to others. You are worthy of love, especially your own.

It should go without saying: The Regulated Classroom LOVES school counselors.đź’›
Our founder Emily Daniels is a former school counselor. She created this framework because she saw what students actually needed, and it wasn't another behavior chart. It was nervous system science. It was co-regulation.
School counselors are often the first ones in a building to "get" this work. They're the ones who see past the behavior to the dysregulated nervous system underneath. They're the ones advocating for regulation over punishment, connection over compliance and they understand why.
Not to mention they do it while holding caseloads that are way too big, navigating systems that weren't built for the kids who need them most, and showing up as the safest person in the building for students in crisis. That's a lot!
It's National School Counselor Week, and we want every counselor to know:
We appreciate you. We see you. We value the work you do. đź’›
