The Career Advocates and Public Employment Service Officers of Misamis Occidental Association, Inc. (CAPESOMO Ass., Inc.) successfully held its Meeting cm Learning Session on August 29, 2025 (Friday), hosted by the Local Government Unit of Concepcion at the Municipal Hall, Concepcion, Misamis Occidental.

The event was graced by DOLE Misamis Occidental Provincial Director Ebba B. Acosta and CAPESOMO President Maria Corazon Descallar, who both highlighted the importance of strengthening Public Employment Service Office (PESO) initiatives and fostering stronger partnerships to advance employment facilitation and labor market programs across the province.

This gathering provided a meaningful platform for PESO Managers and career advocates to share best practices, enhance their knowledge, and renew their commitment to delivering accessible employment services and career development opportunities for Misamisnons.

As part of the activity, participants also paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Jesse S. Viña, Municipal Mayor of Concepcion, in recognition of her continued support for PESO programs and initiatives.

DOLE Misamis Occidental Provincial Field Office extends its heartfelt appreciation to LGU Concepcion and PESO Manager Al Florence Taclob for their warm hospitality and invaluable support in hosting this significant activity.
