The Consolacion Municipal Jail joins the nationwide observance of the 15th Community Relations Service (CRS) Month, celebrated this October 1โ31, 2026, with the theme:
โEmpowered Communicators, Engaged Public: Promoting Responsible Messaging in Jail Management.โ
To mark the beginning of the month-long celebration, personnel of the Consolacion Municipal Jail, under the leadership of JSINSP NEAL M. ROSAROSO, MPA, CSP, conducted the hanging of the official CRS Month tarpaulin within the jail facility.
The activity served as a visual expression of the jail's commitment to strengthening community relations, responsible communication, transparency, and meaningful public engagement. It also highlighted the important role of effective communication in fostering public trust and promoting a better understanding of the Bureau's mandate and programs.
Through the celebration of CRS Month, Consolacion Municipal Jail reaffirms its dedication to delivering professional, responsive, and community-centered jail management, while continuously building stronger partnerships with stakeholders and the community.
