An anniversary celebration of the Metro Cotabato Water District (MCWD) would not be complete without giving its employees the time and care they truly deserve. As part of its 50th Anniversary celebration, MCWD organized a special pampering day for its employees to recognize their hard work, dedication, and valuable contributions to the District.

The activity formed part of MCWD’s Gender and Development (GAD) Wellness Program, which promotes the mental health, physical well-being, and overall wellness of its workforce. It provided employees with an opportunity to relax, recharge, and take a break from their daily responsibilities. Through this initiative, MCWD recognizes that taking care of its employees is just as important as providing quality service to its consumers.

By promoting a healthy and supportive workplace, MCWD continues to emphasize the importance of self-care, work-life balance, and employee well-being. The activity also serves as a reminder that behind the District’s continued service to the community are hardworking men and women who deserve appreciation, care, and support. As MCWD celebrates five decades of service, it remains committed not only to serving the public but also to nurturing the well-being of the people who make that service possible.

Through this initiative, MCWD hopes to make the residents feel valued, remembered, and cared for.

As MCWD celebrates five decades of providing water services to the community, it continues to uphold the importance of giving back and reaching out to those in need.
