Mga Kabarangay-Update sa pagkawala ng kuryente sa ating barangay

*Meralco Statement on May 13 Luzon Grid Power Situation as of 4:00 PM*

Following of NGCP’s declaration of Red Alert status on the Luzon Grid today, May 13, Meralco implemented emergency manual load dropping (MLD) or rotating power interruptions lasting an average of two (2) hours starting 3:23 p.m. to manage the current system condition.

This has so far affected more than 200,00 customers in parts of Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Metro Manila, and Rizal.

We already requested our commercial and industrial customers under the Interruptible Load Program (ILP) to de-load to lessen the strain on the power grid. As of 3:40 PM, we have secured more than 240 MW of de-loading capacity under the ILP.

We continue to urge the public to continue practicing energy conservation and efficiency measures. #

Nais po naming ipabatid na kasalukuyan pong nakakaranas ng brownout/power interruption sa ating barangay. Sa ngayon ay wala pa pong opisyal na abiso mula sa Meralco kaugnay ng dahilan at tagal ng pagkawala ng kuryente.

Ang pamunuan ng barangay ay nakikipag-ugnayan na po sa Meralco upang malaman ang sitwasyon at agarang maibalik ang suplay ng kuryente.

Makakaasa po kayo na agad naming ipapaalam ang anumang update sa oras na makatanggap tayo ng impormasyon mula sa kanila.

The BCPC of Barangay Quirino 2B is proud to launch the 2nd Year of “Gawad Parangal para sa mga Mag-aaral”, a program that recognizes outstanding students in our community.

We invite all graduates of Grade 6, Grade 10, and Grade 12 this year who received distinctions such as With Honors, With High Honors, With Highest Honors, or other Academic Awards to participate.

Please submit proof of recognition (e.g., certificate or any official document from your school) on or before April 25,2026.
