The 420th Nrotcu Cuyo successfully conducted another weekday training session at the Psu-Pcat parade ground, which aims to continue the training of the cadets and improve their discipline.

Then there was a Pasa Masid training because it is a habit to do every Sunday formation so that the cadets will not forget. This serves as training so that we can have unity with each other to be strong and united.

The leader calls out lines and the unit responds together in step. It builds discipline, unity, and morale while setting the pace of movement. Cadences also relieve stress and boost energy during long drills. In ROTC, cadences teach teamwork, loud clear voice, and pride in service. Cadences create strength and spirit. They turn a group of individuals into one coordinated, motivated team.

On this Survival Day, celebrate not only the victories that people can see, but also the silent battles you overcame alone. Celebrate the tears you wiped away, the fears you conquered, and the strength you discovered within yourself. Life may test us in many ways, but survival teaches us that even in our weakest moments, there is still power inside us to continue.

This day immediately shaped the discipline and unity of our cadets. From early morning calisthenics and jogging to the intense evaluation of each platoon, the cadets showed their skills for the day. After this, it was followed by a thrilling ambush and raid exercise between Alpha Company and Bravo Company.

This final formation is more than just a final event; it is a symbol of all their hardships to achieve their dreams. It also shows that they have overcome any struggle in life and will carry it on their journey of life.

Since the first day, they still have not lost hope to continue what they started. There are a few who could not cope with the training, but we still salute you all. I hope you share your experiences with one of the ROTC units, make it an inspiration to others, and be proud that you have overcome it in a year.

The cadets of Nrotcu Cuyo are known as strong and intelligent, dedicated, and above all, disciplined. They are shaped not only as cadets but also as the one and only hope of our nation.
