EMPOWERING OUR LOCAL FISHERFOLKS: PUP STUDENTS CONDUCT RESEARCH IN BRGY. SALAPINGAO DAGUPAN CITY.

Barangay Salapingao warmly welcomed student researchers from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) as they conducted their thesis research focusing on the livelihood, challenges, and welfare of our local fisherfolks in Dagupan City.

This meaningful academic initiative was fully supported and guided by Punong Brgy. Delfin C.De Guzman and Committee on Agriculture, under the leadership of Kgd. Luisito De Guzman. Through data-driven studies like this, the local council can better understand the needs of our fishing community and develop more impactful agricultural programs moving forward.
