The activity also highlighted the importance of maintaining complete and organized documentation, including delivery receipts, Inspection and Acceptance Reports (IARs), Inventory Custodian Slips (ICS), release and acceptance forms, and distribution lists. These records help ensure accountability, transparency, and the efficient use of learning resources in schools.
Dr. Renata G. Rovillos, EPS-LR expressed her sincere appreciation to Schools Division Superintendent Marciano U. Soriano Jr., CESO VI; Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Anna Liza M. Chan, CESO VI; CID Chief Maria Linda R. Ventenilla; and SGOD Chief Liezl S. Cancino for their invaluable guidance and continued support.
Recognition was likewise extended to the Public Schools District Supervisors, School Heads, Administrative Officers, School Property Custodians, teachers, and other concerned personnel whose cooperation, diligence, and dedication contributed to the successful conduct of the monitoring activity.
More than an assessment of compliance, the monitoring served as an opportunity to affirm good practices and strengthen accountability in learning resource management. Through these collective efforts, schools continue to ensure that learning materials are properly managed and made available to learners and teachers who need them.
As the schools move forward, the positive feedback serves as encouragement to sustain established practices, address emerging needs, and uphold the shared commitment to quality, inclusive, and equitable basic education.
Together, let us safeguard learning resources and maximize their value in empowering every learner.
