CONGRESSMAN DUKE FRASCO DELIVERS TO CAMOTES ISLANDS: OVER PHP 17 MILLION IN SCHOLARSHIPS, CASH FOR BARANGAY WORKERS AND INDIGENTS

Cong. Duke Frasco led the distribution of cash grants for the Team Frasco Scholars of the Municipalities of San Francisco, Poro, Tudela and Pilar in Camotes Islands last April 27, 2022.

A champion for education in the Fifth District of Cebu, Cong. Duke distributed a total of Php 5,032,000 to the 1,538 scholars for school year 2021-2022.

Cong. Duke also led the distribution of Cash Assistance for Barangay Workers and indigent individuals, with Php 12,594,000.00 given to 3,506 beneficiaries from San Francisco, Poro, Pilar and Tudela.

Together with Cong. Duke were Mike Villamor, Team Capao-Bojos, Team Boy Rama-Carcellar with the Asenso Poro Slate, Team O-Uy from Tudela, and Atty Joe Malaluan of Pilar.

CONGRESSMAN DUKE FRASCO DISTRIBUTES IN DANAO CITY:
PHP 6.5 MILLION CASH ASSISTANCE TO SOLO PARENTS, TRANSPORT SECTOR AND BARANGAY WORKERS

Cong. Duke Frasco led the distribution of cash assistance to the solo parents, habal-habal, tri-sikad, tricycle and PUJ drivers including the Barangay workers in Danao City.

A total amount of Php 6,537,000 in cash assistance was given by Cong. Duke to 1,815 beneficiaries in Danao City.

Together with Cong. Duke were Mayor aspirant Thri Duterte, Vice Mayor aspirant Boy Quiroz and the rest of the Duterte-Quiroz Party.

GOOD NEWS FOR SCHOLARS:
CONGRESSMAN DUKE FRASCO DELIVERS PHP 3 MILLION IN SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS TO SOGOD AND BORBON

Congressman Duke Frasco led the distribution of scholarship grants for scholars from the Municipalities of Sogod and Borbon.

Ever the champion for Education, Cong. Duke, distributed a total amount of Php 3,013,000 to 922 existing scholars for the school year 2021-2022.

Together with Cong. Duke were Mayor Moonyen Durano-Streegan, Vice Mayor Richard Streegan, Board Member Mike Villamor, Team Durano-Streegan of Sogod and representatives from Borbon.

CONGRESSMAN DUKE FRASCO FUNDS PHP 21 MILLION FREE PRIVATE HOSPITALIZATION ASSISTANCE FOR PEOPLE OF FIFTH DISTRICT

With public hospitals inundated with patients, Cong. Duke Frasco is extending financial assistance for residents of the 5th District who are hospitalized in private hospitals in Cebu. Started by Cong. Duke last year, the program has helped allay the worries of Cebuanos saddled with expensive hospital bills.

Cong. Duke turned over a total of Php 21,000,000 in Funds to 3 Private hospitals, namely, Mendero Medical Center (Php 10 Million), Cebu Doctors University Hospital (Php 6 Million), and Perpetual Succor Hospital (Php 5 Million). Any resident of the 5th District may avail of Cong. Duke’s financial assistance in any of these hospitals.

Together with Cong. Duke were DOH Region 7 Director Dr. Bernadas, representatives of the private hospitals, Danao City Mayor and Vice Mayor aspirants Thri Duterte, and Boyito Quiroz and other guests.

PALM SUNDAY OF THE LORD’S PASSION

APRIL 10, 2022 -- At the Procession with Palms - Gospel

Jesus proceeded on his journey up to Jerusalem.
As he drew near to Bethphage and Bethany
at the place called the Mount of Olives,
he sent two of his disciples.
He said, “Go into the village opposite you,
and as you enter it you will find a c**t tethered
on which no one has ever sat.
Untie it and bring it here.
And if anyone should ask you,
‘Why are you untying it?’
you will answer,
‘The Master has need of it.’”
So those who had been sent went off
and found everything just as he had told them.
And as they were untying the c**t, its owners said to them,
“Why are you untying this c**t?”
They answered,
“The Master has need of it.”
So they brought it to Jesus,
threw their cloaks over the c**t,
and helped Jesus to mount.
As he rode along,
the people were spreading their cloaks on the road;
and now as he was approaching the slope of the Mount of Olives,
the whole multitude of his disciples
began to praise God aloud with joy
for all the mighty deeds they had seen.
They proclaimed:
“Blessed is the king who comes
in the name of the Lord.
Peace in heaven
and glory in the highest.”
Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to him,
“Teacher, rebuke your disciples.”
He said in reply,
