The College of Management and Entrepreneurship (CME) students actively participated in the Internship Orientation and Safe Spaces Act Seminar with the theme,“Navigating Safe, Ethical, and Sustainable Workspaces,” held on June 2, 2026, at the Student Activity Center.

The seminar aimed to equip students with essential knowledge and awareness regarding workplace professionalism, ethical conduct, gender sensitivity, and the importance of creating safe and inclusive environments as they prepare for their internship journey.

The event featured an insightful discussion by Engr. Delfa G. Castilla, who shared valuable perspectives on promoting respect, accountability, and sustainability in the workplace. Her expertise and guidance inspired the students to become responsible interns and future professionals who uphold the principles of the Safe Spaces Act.

As CME students embark on their on-the-job training experiences, this orientation serves as a significant step in preparing them to navigate real-world work environments with confidence, professionalism, and integrity.

March marked the meaningful culmination of our National Women’s Month Celebration, highlighted by a heartfelt closing program shared with our valued retirees.

We honor and celebrate the strength, resilience, and invaluable contributions of women in our community—past and present. Our retirees continue to inspire us with their dedication and legacy, reminding us of the vital role women play in shaping a better future.

The event was filled with joy and gratitude, as tokens of appreciation were presented to our retirees and prizes were awarded to the winners of various activities throughout the celebration, along with some students and the dance troupe that performed during the opening program.

The Ramon M. Durano Sr. Memorial Sports Complex pulsed with energy, music and solidarity as Danawanons from various sectors, together with students from CTU-Danao, gathered last March 6, 2026, to take part in the global One Billion Rising movement.
More than just a dance, this powerful gathering is a collective call to action — a movement that raises awareness and stands firm against Violence Against Women (VAW).
