Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.

Interested bidders may obtain the complete set of bidding documents from the BAC Secretariat during office hours (Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM) upon payment of the applicable fee. All details are also available at the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).
