Pursuant to Republic Act No. 12001, also known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), the Office of the City Assessor continues its data gathering and field survey efforts for the revision of the Schedule of Fair Market Values in the City of Dasmariñas.
This video features the actual on-ground work of our personnel in gathering relevant data and assessing current market conditions in support of a fair, accurate, and transparent real property valuation process.

The Office of the City Assessor invites all residents and real property owners to join the Public Consultation on the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA) on March 24 & 27, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the SP Session Hall, 4th Floor, Socio-Economic Bldg., Congressional Avenue, Brgy. Burol Main, City of Dasmariñas.

PUBLIC CONSULTATION
The City Government of Dasmariñas, through the Office of the City Assessor, invites all residents and real property owners to attend the upcoming Public Consultation on the implementation of Republic Act No. 12001, also known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), including matters relating to real property valuation, assessment, and taxation.
This activity aims to broaden public awareness and understanding of the new property valuation framework, its impact on assessments and local taxation, and how it contributes to a more equitable, transparent, and efficient valuation system.
All Barangay Officials are encouraged to help inform their constituents and support wider public participation in this important activity.

In preparation for the landfall of Severe Tropical Storm "Opong", WORK IN GOVERNMENT OFFICES and CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS (PUBLIC AND PRIVATE) are SUSPENDED tomorrow 26 September until 27 September 2025.

However, those agencies whose functions involve the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services shall continue with their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work in other offices and private companies is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

Ang City Assessors Office Dasmariñas ay kasalukuyang nagsasagawa ng komprehensibong pag-update sa Schedule of Market Values (SMV) para sa lahat ng ari-arian sa loob ng ating lungsod.

Ang mahalagang prosesong ito ay alinsunod sa Republic Act No. 12001, o ang Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act, na naglalayong magtatag ng makatarungan, pantay-pantay, at malinaw na sistema ng pagtatasa ng halaga ng mga ari-arian sa buong bansa.
