Paano mo nga ba masasabi kung ready ka na for s*x? 🤔

Narito ang ilang mga bagay na dapat gawin bago mag all-the-way:

✅Siguraduhing may consent
Ang s*xual consent ay ang parehong pagsang-ayon ng mag-partner sa kahit anong gawaing sekswal. Always remember na sa s*x, dapat walang pilitan, walang takutan, at dapat enjoy niyo itong pareho.

✅Alamin ang risks at consequences
Ang s*x ay pwedeng magdulot ng malaking pagbabago at risk sa iyong physical, psychological, mental, at emotional health kapag hindi pinaghandaan. Halimbawa ng mga ito ay ang unwanted pregnancy at s*xually transmitted infections, at mga pagbabago ng damdamin at emosyon. Kaya dapat alam mo ang mga consequences nito ha!

✅Isipin ang beliefs, traditions, at intention
Ano ang iyong mga hangarin sa pakikipag-s*x? Alamin kung ano ang iyong values o pinapahalagahan bago magdesisyon. Tingnan din kung pareho kayo ng values ng partner mo. At tandaan na anuman ang mga ito, dapat respetuhin niyo ang values at desisyon ng isa’t isa.

✅Pag-usapan muna
Mahalagang mapag-usapan muna ito ng iyong partner, at syempre mainam din na mag-research tungkol sa s*x at mga risks nito sa pamamagitan ng pagtatanong sa isang pinagkakatiwalaang nakatatanda o sa mga trusted online sources gaya ng www.malayako.ph

Remember: Ang s*x, awkward man pag-usapan sa simula, ay dapat comfy, safe, at enjoyable!🥰
