The BJMP Regional Office XI successfully conducted its Annual Physical Ability Test (PAT) 2026 on March 24–25, 2026, bringing together all medically cleared personnel in a two-day activity focused on physical fitness and operational preparedness.
Participants took part in a series of standard fitness events, including push-ups, planking, sit-ups, jumping jacks, balance exercises, and a 2-kilometer run. The activity was carried out in an organized and systematic manner, ensuring the active participation and safety of everyone involved.
The activity was facilitated by the Human Resource Development Division, led by JSINSP ALYSSA BIANCA P POYAOAN, Chief of HRDD, with assistance from the Health Service Division, headed by JSINSP GERALDSON D DACILLO, MD, along with support from BJMP RO XI personnel.
This annual test is more than just a compliance requirement—it is a vital measure to ensure that all personnel meet the physical demands of duty. It reinforces discipline, builds resilience, and promotes a culture of health and wellness within the organization. More importantly, it strengthens our capability to deliver efficient and reliable public service.
